Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling, Licensed Associate Counselor
Lincoln Baker
True, lasting healing happens when we look beneath the surface. If you feel trapped by current struggles or old hurts that are keeping you stuck today, my root-based approach helps move past simple coping mechanisms to target the core experiences driving the issue.I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona and as a trauma-informed clinician, I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This specialized therapy changes how the brain stores stressful or painful memories, allowing you to safely target distressing experiences, take away their sting, and clear out the old messages trauma often leaves behind, such as feeling broken or not good enough. By tailoring this process to your unique goals, I will help you dismantle those distortions, heal deep wounds, and safely reclaim your true identity and worth.
